AlayaCare Partners with ParaMed to Transform Home Health Care in Canada

AlayaCare, a leading global technology platform for home and community-based care, has been chosen by ParaMed as its new technology partner. This collaboration aims to significantly enhance the digital operations of ParaMed’s home health care services across Canada.

ParaMed will transition from Procura software to AlayaCare's advanced cloud-based platform. This change is expected to positively impact over 10,000 employees and provide superior care to more than 65,000 Canadians annually. ParaMed is also committed to implementing higher security measures and a scalable AI-driven platform to meet increasing needs due to Canada's aging population.

The partnership is set to improve business intelligence, optimize administrative tasks, and streamline billing and payroll operations. It will also support the integration throughout the continuum of care, enhancing services for patients, families, and caregivers.
