Alcrete LLC Acquires American Concrete Industries to Expand in Florida

Alcrete LLC, a prominent precast concrete product manufacturer based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, has officially announced the acquisition of American Concrete Industries, Inc., located in Fort Pierce, Florida. This strategic acquisition includes the NPCA Certified Plant and a 10-acre manufacturing site belonging to American Concrete Industries, signaling Alcrete's expansion into the Florida market.

Justin D. Norman, CEO of Alcrete, expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition, emphasizing its alignment with Alcrete's strategic goals of entering the Florida market and participating in its construction industry growth. American Concrete Industries, with a market presence since 1987, is poised to enhance Alcrete's product offering and geographical reach.

Bob Snowe, the founder of American Concrete Industries, also shared his optimism about joining forces with Alcrete, highlighting the shared commitment to quality in precast concrete products. The acquisition encompasses American Concrete Industries' production facilities, equipment, and skilled workforce, aiming to boost Alcrete's production capabilities and market competitiveness.
