All for One Group Reports Strong Cloud Growth Amid Project Delays
All for One Group SE announced modest sales growth in the first half of the 2024/25 financial year, reaching EUR 257.6 million from the previous year's EUR 256.6 million. This growth, primarily driven by SAP S/4HANA migration projects, comes despite delays caused by geopolitical uncertainties and economic slowdown. The company's revenue from cloud services rose by 5%, reflecting a shift towards cloud-based models.
Despite these gains, earnings before M&A effects dropped by 21% due to one-time costs and a cautious investment climate. The EBIT margin before M&A effects also declined to 5.4% from 6.9%. Recurring revenues now make up 52% of total revenues, a slight increase from 51% last year. In recognition of its market position, All for One received the prestigious SAP Pinnacle Award for Midmarket Sales Success.
The company maintains a positive outlook, projecting revenues between EUR 525 million and EUR 540 million for the full financial year, supported by a robust order pipeline and efforts to expand cybersecurity and AI offerings.
