All for One Group SE, a prominent IT and consulting provider, reported a revenue increase of 5% for the financial year 2023/24, reaching EUR 511.4 million. This growth is driven by the demand for SAP migrations and cloud-based solutions. Recurring revenue stood at EUR 283.2 million, maintaining a 55% share. EBIT before M&A effects nearly doubled to EUR 34.0 million, improving the EBIT margin to 6.7% from 3.6% the prior year.

The company's balance sheet reflects a slight increase in total assets to EUR 343.1 million. Equity rose to EUR 110.1 million, resulting in a 32% equity ratio. A dividend proposal of EUR 1.60 per share, marking a 10% increase, was announced, aimed at a 43% payout ratio. A share buyback program of up to EUR 7 million is underway.
