Alpha Copper Corp. Engages Upswitch Media for Investor Relations

Alpha Copper Corp., based in Vancouver, has entered a consulting agreement with Upswitch Media Corp. to enhance its marketing and investor relations. The agreement, effective February 14, 2025, aims to expand the company's business awareness and communication with investors. Key services include content creation, campaign management, and analytics.

Upswitch Media, led by Jeff Gillis, will begin delivering these services on March 15, 2025, for 90 days. Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Alpha Copper will compensate Upswitch with C$350,000 for the services. Upswitch currently holds no securities in Alpha Copper. The collaboration seeks to support Alpha Copper's role in the green economy by promoting its copper resource projects across British Columbia.
