Alset AI Ventures Inc. Appoints New Board Members and Reports AGM Results
Alset AI Ventures Inc. (TSXV:GPUS) announced the appointment of Lisa Baird and Vijay Mony to its board of directors. This follows the company's annual general meeting (AGM) held on August 26, 2025. The duo joins reappointed members Jack Huang, Zelong He, and Adam Ingrao on the board. CEO Adam Ingrao emphasized the strategic value that Baird and Mony bring to Alset AI, an AI and cloud computing venture firm.
Lisa Baird, CEO of NextUp, brings extensive leadership experience from roles at Cantaloupe and the National Women's Soccer League. Vijay Mony, founder of Woodson Equity, has a background in private equity with roles at OpenGate Capital and Cerberus Capital Management.
Shareholder approvals at the AGM include the re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditor and amendments to the company's equity incentive plan.
