ALSO Holding AG Announces Thirteenth Consecutive Dividend Increase

ALSO Holding AG, based in Emmen, Switzerland, has declared its thirteenth consecutive annual raise in dividends, marking a significant financial milestone. The announcement came during the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 21, 2024, where shareholders approved a dividend increase from CHF 4.60 to CHF 4.80. This increment represents a remarkable growth of 586% from the CHF 0.70 dividend in 2011. The company is set to disburse the increased dividends to its shareholders starting March 27, 2024.

In addition to this dividend hike, the AGM saw the endorsement of all other board proposals, approval of the 2023 Annual Report, and ratification of the actions of both the Group Management Board and Board of Directors members. Leadership roles were reaffirmed, ensuring continuity in the company’s strategic direction and development.

Highlighting a shift towards a stronger sales focus and generational change, ALSO announced its expanded Group Management Board earlier in March. The new team made its introduction to shareholders at the AGM.
