ALSO Holding AG Strengthens Global Position with Westcoast Partnership

Emmen, Switzerland, 25 July 2024 - ALSO Holding AG has signed a partnership contract with Westcoast Ltd., marking a significant milestone in its strategy for sustainable, profitable growth. Westcoast, established in 1983, is a leading ICT provider in the UK, with a turnover of £4.2 billion in 2023.

The partnership covers operations in Great Britain, Ireland, and France, while Westcoast’s operations in Germany and the Netherlands will remain under Joe Hemani, Westcoast's Chairman, who will become one of ALSO's major shareholders.

This alliance emphasizes continuity for vendors, customers, and the Westcoast team. ALSO's transformative integration program, which has driven nearly 30 acquisitions over the past 12 years, underpins this deal.

Gustavo Möller-Hergt, Chairman of ALSO Holding AG, highlighted the opportunities to scale business and tap into UK expertise. This move aims to deliver top-tier IT provisioning and digital platform services, including cloud, AI, IoT, and cybersecurity.
