ALSTOM SA: All Resolutions Approved at Shareholders' Meeting, Chairman and CEO Roles Split

On June 20, 2024, Alstom's Combined Shareholders' Meeting took place under the Chairmanship of Henri Poupart-Lafarge and was broadcasted live on the company's website. All proposed resolutions were approved, including the annual accounts for the year ending March 31, 2024, and the remuneration of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The meeting also saw the renewal of Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec's mandate as Board member, represented by Ms. Kim Thomassin. Additionally, Mr. Jay Walder and Mr. Philippe Petitcolin were appointed as Board members for a four-year term.

Following the meeting, Alstom's Board of Directors split the roles of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Philippe Petitcolin was appointed as Chairman, while Mr. Henri Poupart-Lafarge continues as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Benoit Raillard was also renewed as Observer for another four years.

The Board praised Henri Poupart-Lafarge’s leadership over the past eight years. He highlighted that the separation of roles would strengthen the Board's commitment and support the Group’s ongoing transformation. Philippe Petitcolin expressed his commitment to supporting the Group's growth in sustainable mobility.
