Altarea acquiert Prejeance Industrial pour renforcer son dispositif photovoltaïque
Altarea a finalisé l'acquisition de Prejeance Industrial auprès du groupe espagnol Repsol. Cette opération s’inscrit dans la stratégie de développement des installations photovoltaïques en France.
Prejeance Industrial, fondée en 2019, se spécialise dans les projets photovoltaïques sur les toitures de petites et moyennes tailles, principalement pour des hangars agricoles. L’équipe de 18 collaborateurs assure le développement, la construction, et la gestion des projets solaires.
En juin 2024, Prejeance Industrial exploite un parc de 42 MWc et développe 400 MWc supplémentaires. Le montant de l’investissement s’élève à environ 140 millions d’euros.
