ALTAREA: Activity on its own titles in August 2025
In August 2025, Altarea carried out several transactions involving its own shares. With a cumulative holding of 25 shares, representing less than 0.01% of the capital, the company concluded 18,131 purchases and 15,531 sales during the month. No share transfer or cancellation transactions were recorded.
All transactions were conducted through Rothschild Martin Maurel under a liquidity agreement. The transactions included both purchases and sales at varying prices, culminating in some sales at €113.44 on August 18, 2025.
Altarea's operations did not involve trading derivatives or opening positions on them during the month.
