ALTAREA : S&P Global confirme la note BBB- avec une perspective stable
Le 6 octobre 2025, Altarea a annoncé que S&P Global Ratings a confirmé sa notation de crédit long terme à "BBB−". La perspective attachée à cette note a été relevée de "négative" à "stable". Cette décision repose sur la résilience des revenus locatifs du groupe, une reprise prévue de ses activités de promotion, ainsi que son modèle économique diversifié. Sa politique financière, à la fois agile et prudente, est également saluée.
La filiale d'Altarea, Altareit, voit également sa perspective passer à "stable", en ligne avec celle de sa maison mère, tout en maintenant sa notation "BBB−".
