ALTAREA: Status of voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2025

ALTAREA has published an update regarding the composition of its share capital and voting rights as of September 30, 2025, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The total number of shares comprising the company's share capital amounts to 23,302,605. This same figure represents the total number of theoretical voting rights.

As for exercisable voting rights, the number stands at 23,300,555, a slight decrease after deduction of treasury shares, which are devoid of voting rights, in accordance with Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code. The company is registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 335 480 877.
