ALTAREIT announces its total number of voting rights and shares for March 2024

ALTAREIT has communicated, in accordance with current regulations, the figures relating to its share capital as of March 31, 2024. The company announced that it owns a total of 1,750,487 shares making up its capital. These shares correspond to 1,750,487 theoretical voting rights. However, after deducting treasury shares, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, standing at 1,748,342.

The company also recalled the terms of a specific clause in its statutes. This imposes mandatory notification for any person exceeding or falling below the threshold of 1% of capital or voting rights, or any multiple up to 50%. In the event of non-compliance, the excess shares will be deprived of voting rights for two years after regularization of the notification, under certain conditions.
