ALTAREIT: Balance Sheet of Transactions on Own Securities in September 2024
In September 2024, ALTAREIT carried out operations on its own shares. At the beginning of the program, launched on June 5, 2024, the company had 246 shares of its own. At the end of the month, it held 240 shares, representing 0.01% of its capital.
During this month, the company acquired 22 shares and sold 31. All transactions were carried out within the framework of a liquidity contract via the intermediary Kepler Cheuvreux, with prices varying slightly on the market.
No transactions related to the exercise or maturity of derivative products were carried out. ALTAREIT therefore did not record any open positions on this type of product in September.
