ALTAREIT: Declaration of Transactions on its Own Securities in July 2024
In July 2024, ALTAREIT carried out several transactions on its own securities. The company, located at 87 rue de Richelieu in Paris, has direct and indirect treasury capital of 240 shares, or 0.01% of the shares at the date of this report.
During this month, ALTAREIT purchased 29 securities and sold 23 securities, totaling limited activity in terms of volume. The operations, carried out via the intermediary Kepler Cheuvreux, mainly concerned liquidity contracts.
It should be noted that the operations were carried out at a price oscillating between 450 and 462 euros per share. No derivatives transactions were recorded for this month.
