ALTAREIT: Update on share capital and voting rights

ALTAREIT has published information regarding the composition of its share capital and voting rights. As of August 31, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 1,750,487. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number also corresponds to 1,750,487, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 1,748,424. This difference is due to treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights according to Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code, and to treasury shares specified by Article L.233-31 of the same code.
