ALTAREIT: Information on Voting Rights and Shares as of July 31, 2024

The company ALTAREIT has communicated information relating to the voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of July 31, 2024. The total number of shares is 1,750,487. The theoretical number of voting rights is also 1,750,487, however the number exercisable is 1,748,360, after deduction of treasury shares and treasury shares.

According to article 12 of the company's statutes, any person owning or ceasing to own a fraction of the capital or voting rights equal to or greater than 1% must inform the company. This notification must be made by registered letter within four trading days following the crossing. In the event of non-compliant declaration, the excess securities are deprived of voting rights for a period of two years.

This obligation aims to strengthen transparency and ensure compliance with holding thresholds within the company.
