ALTAREIT: May 2025 Securities Transactions Declaration
In May 2025, ALTAREIT reported details of its treasury stock transactions. During this period, the company purchased 20 securities and sold 25, as part of its liquidity management program. The treasury stock balance decreased slightly compared to April 2025.
Each transaction was conducted through Rothschild Martin Maurel. The transaction price fluctuated slightly between €487 and €496. No derivative transactions were reported this month, either at exercise or maturity.
