ALTAREIT: Update on voting rights and shares

ALTAREIT has communicated the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of October 31, 2024. The company has 1,750,487 shares, with 1,750,487 theoretical voting rights and 1,748,373 exercisable voting rights. This difference is due to treasury shares, without voting rights under the articles of the French Commercial Code.

ALTAREIT's articles of association require the declaration of crossing the thresholds for holding voting rights or capital from 1%. Any change must be notified within 4 working days. Failure to declare results in a deprivation of voting rights for two years, if noted by a shareholder holding at least 1% of the capital.
