Altech Advanced Materials AG Reports Preliminary 2024 Financial Results

Altech Advanced Materials AG (AAM), headquartered in Frankfurt, revealed a preliminary net loss of EUR 809 thousand for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. This result marks an improvement from the preceding year's loss of EUR 1,650 thousand. Sales revenue increased to EUR 94 thousand from EUR 40 thousand in 2023, and other operating income rose significantly to EUR 619 thousand compared to EUR 37 thousand previously.

Expenses saw a decline, with personnel costs decreasing to EUR 564 thousand, from EUR 593 thousand the previous year, and other operating expenses reduced to EUR 917 thousand from EUR 1,018 thousand. The financial result improved, recording a loss of EUR 40 thousand as opposed to EUR 154 thousand previously.

The reduction in expenses was largely influenced by adjustments in the virtual option program (VOP 2023) and the reversal of provisions tied to the company's convertible bond. As of December 31, 2024, AAM's equity stood at EUR 8,821 thousand, a growth from EUR 5,039 thousand.
