ALTEN Announces 2025 General Meeting and 2024 Dividend Proposal
On April 24, 2025, ALTEN SA's Board of Directors scheduled the 2025 General Meeting for June 12, 2025. The official notice will be published in the French legal gazette and on the company's website shortly. Shareholders are encouraged to attend as important resolutions will be discussed.
The Board has recommended a dividend of €1.50 per ordinary share for the year ending December 31, 2024. Pending shareholder approval, the payment is set for June 18, 2025, with shares trading ex-dividend from June 16, 2025.
