ALTEN Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights Update
ALTEN SA, listed on Euronext Paris, has released an update on its share capital and voting rights as of 31st May 2024. The company reported a total of 35,209,501 outstanding ordinary shares. The total theoretical voting rights stand at 40,676,929.
According to ALTEN’s Articles of Association, any shareholder crossing the threshold of 3% of the share capital or voting rights, whether upwards or downwards, must notify the company. This notification is required within 15 days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
