ALTEN Announces Share and Voting Rights Update
On 9th October 2025, ALTEN SA released information in accordance with French regulatory requirements, detailing its outstanding shares and associated voting rights as of 30th September 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Paris, reported a total of 35,266,866 ordinary shares constituting its share capital, coupled with 40,735,133 theoretical voting rights.
ALTEN's Articles of Association require shareholders crossing a 3% threshold in share capital or voting rights, either upwards or downwards, to inform the company. This notification must occur within 15 days via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
