ALTEN Issues Corrected Share Data for December 2024
ALTEN SA, a leading firm in Engineering and Technology Consulting, has issued a correction to its previous announcement concerning the share data as of December 31, 2024. The initial report released on January 15, 2025, contained inaccuracies regarding the calculation date of outstanding shares and voting rights.
The revised figures indicate a total of 35,266,866 ordinary shares and 40,723,387 theoretical voting rights. ALTEN reminds shareholders of the statutory obligation to notify the company if their holdings surpass or fall below the 3% threshold of share capital or voting rights, as outlined in Article 9 of its Articles of Association.
