ALTEN's Share Capital and Voting Rights Update for August 2025

ALTEN SA, listed on Euronext Paris, has released an update concerning its share capital and voting rights as of August 31st, 2025. The engineering and technology consulting firm reports a total of 35,266,866 ordinary shares. These shares account for a total of 40,734,380 theoretical voting rights.

According to the company's Articles of Association, shareholders must notify ALTEN if they cross the threshold of 3% of share capital or voting rights, in alignment with the French Commercial code. This notification is required within 15 days of crossing the threshold and must be submitted via registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt.
