ALTHEORA : Nouveau Plan de Refinancement
ALTHEORA, un groupe français reconnu dans la transformation des composites et polymères, annonce une opération de refinancement. En collaboration avec VATEL DIRECT, ALTHEORA envisage de refinancer ses Obligations Convertibles (OC3) émises en décembre 2022 et de soutenir ses récents investissements industriels.
La société espère lever jusqu'à 1,5 million d'euros par des obligations d'une maturité de cinq ans, offrant un rendement brut annuel de 8,5 %. Le remboursement sera échelonné mensuellement sur 60 mois.
Spécialisée dans divers secteurs industriels depuis 1934, ALTHEORA renforce son positionnement en R&D et en innovation. Cotée sur Euronext Growth Paris, la société poursuit son développement à l'international, supportée par ses cinq sites en Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et une présence en Roumanie.
