Amadeus Fire AG Reports Preliminary Financial Results for 2024
Amadeus Fire AG has disclosed its preliminary, unaudited financial figures for the 2024 fiscal year. The German economy's downturn in late 2024 affected the group's performance, particularly in the Personnel Services segment. Revenue slightly dropped by 1.2% to €436.9 million compared to €442.4 million in the previous year.
The group recorded an operating gross profit margin of 54.2%, down from 55.0% last year. Operating gross profit decreased by 2.8% to €236.7 million, impacted by weaker performance in Personnel Services and investments in digital transformation.
Amadeus Fire's operating earnings (EBITA) saw a significant decline of about 21%, reaching €55.5 million, below their forecasted minimum of €57 million. The reduction is attributed to lower operating gross profits and strategic investments.
