Amarc Partners With Tsay Keh Dene Nation and Kwadacha Nation on Environmental Reclamation Project

Vancouver-based Amarc Resources Ltd. has successfully completed an environmental reclamation project in the JOY District of north-central British Columbia. The project was a collaboration with Tsay Keh Dene Nation, Kwadacha Nation, and Freeport-McMoRan Mineral Properties Canada Inc. The reclamation involved the clean-up of two historical exploration camps, Stealth and Pine, which had been abandoned by previous operators.

Amarc President and CEO, Diane Nicolson, highlighted the commitment to responsible mineral development and noted the positive outcome of working in partnership with local First Nations. The reclamation efforts were supported by local businesses Chu Cho Industries and Chu Cho Environmental, who provided labor, heavy equipment, and video production for the project.

Chief Pierre of Tsay Keh Dene expressed appreciation for Amarc's dedication to high environmental standards and the collaboration that reflects the Nation's tradition of environmental stewardship. The completion of the project showcases the successful partnerships fostering both environmental protection and community involvement.
