Amarc Resources Resumes Drilling at DUKE District

Amarc Resources Ltd. (TSXV:AHR, OTCQB:AXREF) has recommenced drilling at its DUKE porphyry copper-gold district in British Columbia. The summer drill program targets the SVEA Cu-Au Deposit and a new discovery, JO porphyry Cu-Au. Up to 30 crew members are currently on-site conducting ground and airborne geophysical surveys.

The Svea Deposit Target shows promising attributes similar to the Babine Porphyry Cu-Au Region. Historical drill results suggest significant Cu-Au mineralization. The JO discovery also displayed potential with initial grab samples reporting 0.18% Cu, 0.52 g/t Au, 16 g/t Ag, and 55 ppm Mo.

Boliden Mineral Canada Ltd. continues its investment in the district, with a $10 million budget for 2024. Amarc remains the project operator. The winter drilling program at the DUKE Deposit yielded promising results, with several holes intersecting notable Cu-Mo mineralization.
