(AIM : AMRQ) (TSXV : AMRQ) (NASDAQ Islande : AMRQ) a annoncé que Livermore Partners LLC, gérée par David Neuhauser, directeur non exécutif d'Amaroq Minerals , a acquis 37 900 actions ordinaires. Cette opération porte la participation totale indirecte de Neuhauser à 14.579.124 actions, représentant 4,45% du capital de la société.
Cette acquisition a été réalisée en deux transactions : 20 000 actions à 1,08 CAD chacune le 9 juillet 2024 et 17 900 actions à 1,14 CAD chacune le 11 juillet 2024. Le volume total est de 37 900 actions à un prix moyen de 1,11 CAD.
