Amdocs Reports Mixed Fiscal Q3 2025 Results

Amdocs announced its fiscal third-quarter 2025 results, reporting a revenue of $1.14 billion, an 8.4% decrease year-over-year (YoY) in reported terms but a 3.5% increase on a pro forma constant currency basis. The decline was attributed to the cessation of certain business activities. Despite the drop, revenues exceeded expectations, boosted by favorable foreign currency movements.

The company saw significant growth in Europe, with record revenue of $189 million, marking a 7.7% YoY increase. Managed services also hit a record at $771 million, contributing 67% of total revenue. Amdocs reported a GAAP diluted EPS of $1.39 and a non-GAAP EPS of $1.72, both surpassing guidance limits.

The 12-month backlog rose 3.0% YoY on a pro forma basis, hitting $4.15 billion. The company anticipates a fiscal 2025 revenue growth of 2.4%-3.4% in pro forma constant currency terms, amid potential macroeconomic challenges.
