Amdocs Signs Multi-Year Managed Services Agreement with TELUS
Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) has announced a strategic managed services agreement with TELUS, a global communications technology company. The agreement involves migrating TELUS' on-premise monetization operations to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This migration aims to leverage AWS' cloud infrastructure to improve the flexibility, reliability, and scalability of TELUS' operations. The move is expected to help TELUS bring new products to market more quickly and at lower costs, while also enhancing customer experience.
"Our move to the cloud continues to be a critical priority for TELUS," said Hesham Fahmy, Chief Information Officer of TELUS. "We're excited to expand our collaboration with Amdocs."
"By migrating core systems to the cloud, TELUS will be well-positioned to deliver amazing customer experiences," said Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs.
