American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP Reports Election Results at Annual Meeting
American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP ("AHIP") announced the results of its annual and special meeting of unitholders held on June 18, 2026, in Vancouver. All the directors nominated in the information circular dated May 19, 2026, were elected for the coming year. Notable votes included Charles van der Lee and John O'Neill, who received 64.6% and 65.4% of votes in favor, respectively. Others, such as Matthew Cervino and Amy Freedman, received similar support.
AHIP will temporarily halt amendments to the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement. This pause allows the Board to continue a strategic review process. The detailed voting results have been filed on SEDAR+.
