American Critical Minerals Concludes Warrant Exercise Incentive Program

American Critical Minerals Corp., a company listed on the CSE, OTCQB, and Frankfurt exchanges, announced it has successfully completed its warrant exercise incentive program. The initiative brought in $532,500 from the exercise of 2,840,000 common share purchase warrants. These funds will bolster the company's financial resources and support the development of the Green River Project.

The program offered an additional common share purchase warrant for each exercised warrant before the August 15, 2025 deadline. The new warrants are priced at $0.28 per share, exercisable until August 6, 2027. Unexercised warrants remain valid until November 23, 2026, at their original exercise price.

The announcement includes cautionary notes regarding forward-looking statements, emphasizing potential risks and uncertainties.
