American Critical Minerals Files Technical Report for Green River Project

American Critical Minerals Corp. has voluntarily filed a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report to support exploration targets at its Green River Potash and Lithium Project in Utah. The report covers potash, lithium, and bromine exploration, citing potential from historic oil and gas data.

The targets include up to 1 billion tonnes of sylvanite grading 12-18% potassium oxide, and 2.1 billion cubic meters of brine containing lithium and bromine. The report, prepared by Agapito Associates, recommends a phased exploration program.

Phase 1 involves drilling to test potash horizons and clastic zones for lithium and bromine, along with preliminary resource estimates and feasibility studies. Phase 2 includes additional drilling, a seismic survey, and environmental studies, leading to a comprehensive feasibility study.

The company, holding extensive leases, permits, and claims, aims to capitalize on high domestic demand for potash and lithium. The detailed report updates previous analyses and aligns with recent regulatory approvals.
