AMOÉBA obtains US EPA authorization for AXPERA in the United States
Greentech specialist Amoéba announced that its biocontrol fungicides, AXPERA NOA and AXPERA GREEN, have received US EPA approval for marketing in the United States. These products target high-value specialty crops and demonstrate efficacy against major pathogens such as downy mildew and powdery mildew.
The federal approval applies to all US states except California, where a registration process is underway. Amoéba plans to begin commercialization in 2026, prioritizing vegetable crops and grapevines. To expand its presence, Amoéba has signed a distribution partnership with Koppert.
At the same time, Amoéba is working with renowned research centers for field trials and consolidating its strategy to capture the American market, one of the largest in the world.
