Amoéba signe un accord stratégique avec Metron Technology en Chine
Amoéba, entreprise française de greentech, a officialisé un accord avec Metron Technology, filiale du groupe Oriental Beauty Valley (OBV), pour promouvoir son ingrédient cosmétique en Chine. Cet accord, précisé dans un protocole d'accord d'avril 2025, traite des aspects réglementaires et commerciaux. Oriental Beauty Valley soutiendra Amoéba pour l'homologation de cet ingrédient essentiel en Chine et Metron Technology aura un rôle prioritaire dans sa distribution sur le territoire chinois.
En 2024, Amoéba a intégré son ingrédient à la liste INCI, permettant une commercialisation mondiale, sauf en Chine. Le marché chinois représente une opportunité clé pour l'entreprise, puisqu'il est le deuxième marché mondial des cosmétiques. L'accord avec OBV marque donc une avancée majeure pour l'ambition d'Amoéba d'étendre son influence dans le secteur cosmétique international.
