Appointment of Jean-Marc PETAT as head of Green 4 Agro
Amoéba, a greentech company based in Chassieu, has announced the appointment of Jean-Marc PETAT as Managing Director of Green 4 Agro, its subsidiary dedicated to agricultural biocontrol and biostimulants. Effective March 1, 2026, PETAT, a former BASF executive, will contribute his expertise to the subsidiary's development.
Green 4 Agro plans to launch its commercial operations in 2026 with AXPERA biocontrol, in partnership with Koppert. PETAT, a member of Amoéba's board of directors, will help structure the company's agroecological approach. Jean-François DOUCET, Amoéba's CEO, emphasizes the importance of this appointment for the development and expansion of their biocontrol solution.
