Ams OSRAM Announces 10:1 Reverse Share Split Timetable
ams OSRAM has published the schedule for its 10:1 reverse share split. Shareholders approved this move during the Annual General Meeting on June 14, 2024. Beginning September 30, 2024, the new shares will start trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The reverse split consolidates ten existing shares into one new share. Consequently, the company's share capital of EUR 998,443,940 will now comprise 99,844,394 bearer shares. Shareholders who hold numbers not divisible by ten will receive cash compensation for fractional shares.
The last trading day for the old shares (ISIN: AT0000A18XM4) will be September 27, 2024. The new shares (ISIN: AT0000A3EPA4) will commence trading from September 30, 2024. ams OSRAM aims to streamline its share structure with this action.
