Amundi Asset Management Announces ETF Mergers Effective June 2024
Amundi Asset Management has released details regarding the merger of several of their Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), scheduled for June 11, 2024. This operational update will see the absorption of certain ETFs into others, as detailed in a recent shareholder notice.
The merger will incorporate ETFs like the Lyxor Global High Yield Sustainable Exposure UCITS ETF into the Amundi Global High Yield Corporate Bond ESG. Both ETFs currently track the Bloomberg MSCI Global Corporate High Yield SRI Sustainable Index and share identical Total Expense Ratios (TER) of 0.25%.
Key details about the merger include the continuation of the physical replication method by the receiving ETF, Amundi Global High Yield Corporate Bond ESG, which will maintain its current characteristics post-merger. The merged ETF will trade under the same symbol GHYU LN in USD on the London Stock Exchange starting from the merger effective date.
