Amundi Asset Management crosses the 5% threshold at ARKEMA

On December 10, 2024, Amundi Asset Management declared that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of ARKEMA's capital. This crossing was made public via a letter received by the AMF on December 12 and 13, 2024. Amundi acts on behalf of the FCPE Arkema Actionnariat France, which it manages. After this crossing, the FCPE holds 4,328,868 ARKEMA shares, representing 5.69% of the capital and 8.04% of the voting rights.

This situation results from the merger-absorption between the FCPE Arkema Actionnariat France Relais 2024 and the FCPE Arkema Actionnariat France. The management of these voting rights is carried out by the supervisory board of the FCPE, in accordance with its regulations.
