Amundi Asset Management reduces its stake in Arkema
On September 11, 2024, Amundi Asset Management informed Arkema by letter of the reduction of its stake. Acting on behalf of the FCPE Arkema Actionnariat France, Amundi crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of the company's capital on September 9, 2024. Following a sale of shares on the market, Amundi now holds 3,751,118 Arkema shares, or 4.99% of the capital.
These shares represent 7,042,986 voting rights, equivalent to 7.55% of the company's voting rights. Arkema has a total of 75,043,514 shares, representing 93,299,730 voting rights. This transaction marks a step in the management of the FCPE portfolio, supervised by Amundi, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group.
