Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its latest issuance of ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metals Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance involves 80,000 ETC Securities as part of Tranche 593 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC.
The ETC Securities offer a Metal Entitlement tied to fine troy ounces of gold. The initial metal entitlement stands at 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing to 0.0397068 by the subscription trade date. The process for issuing these securities began in May 2019 and is set to mature in May 2118.
The ETC Securities will be traded on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange’s International Quotation System. Estimated total net proceeds from this tranche amount to USD 7,983,768, with related expenses of €3,000.
Amundi Physical Metals plc, based in Dublin, Ireland, has listed HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and others as authorized participants for this issuance. The Total Expense Ratio is set at 0.12% per annum.
