Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 390,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC programme. These securities are part of Tranche 553, bringing the total to 45,341,955 ETC Securities post-issuance.
The ETC Securities will be listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, the Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, they may be traded on the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The Series will mature on May 23, 2118, with a nominal amount set at $5.085 and a specified interest amount of $0.051. The metal entitlement is pegged at 0.04 fine troy ounces, slightly reduced to 0.03972078 at the subscription trade date.
The authorised participants for this series include HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and others, while the total expense ratio stands at 0.12% per annum.
