Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities Tranche
Amundi Physical Metals plc disclosed the final terms for its latest tranche of exchange-traded commodities (ETC) securities under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. On August 6, 2024, the company announced the issuance of 488,100 ETC securities for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC series, part of Tranche 585.
The ETC securities are based on a Base Prospectus dated May 20, 2019, and supplemented on March 4, 2020. Relevant issuances are also governed by the Current Base Prospectus dated May 3, 2024, and its supplement from July 26, 2024.
Amundi Physical Metals plc has estimated total net proceeds of USD 47,575,887.96 with total expenses amounting to €3,000 for this tranche. The securities will be listed on several platforms, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. The series is due on May 23, 2118, offering an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces.
HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, Flow Traders B.V., Optiver VOF, BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC, Merrill Lynch International, and Virtu Financial Ireland Limited were named as authorized participants.
