Amundi Physical Metals plc Announces Final Terms for Latest Gold ETC Issuance
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for its issuance of 38,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. Dated 17 May 2024, the new tranche is part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.
Following this tranche, the aggregate number of ETC Securities in the series is now 45,170,655. Each ETC security offers an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.03972052 as of the subscription trade date.
These securities will be available for trading on various exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, the London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange.
The first issuance in the series commenced on 23 May 2019. This tranche is scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118, with the regulatory law reference date being 21 May 2019.
