Amundi Physical Metals PLC has published the final terms for a new tranche of ETC Securities dated 15 March 2024. This issuance, being Tranche 537, adds 960,000 ETC Securities to its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The metals program, established to give investors exposure to gold, now totals 52,129,655 ETC Securities after this latest issue.
This new tranche maintains an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces per security, adjusted to 0.03972875 for subsequent tranches, aligning with the ongoing subscription strategies. The securities have an issue date set for 19 March 2024 and promise a structure leveraging the base prospectus outlined on 9 May 2023, with supplementary updates provided up to 14 July 2023.
Authorized participants in this program include notable financial institutions such as HSBC Bank plc, Jane Street Financial Limited, and several others, establishing a robust platform for this Amundi initiative. In alignment with regulatory guidelines, these ETC Securities aim for broad accessibility with listings across various esteemed exchanges including Euronext Paris, Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange.
