Amundi Physical Metals Launches New Tranche of Gold Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 228,000 ETC Securities as part of its Gold ETC series. This tranche is designated as Tranche 893, expanding the total aggregate number of securities in this series to 69,809,037. These securities are part of a program linked to precious metals and are issued under the terms set out in the base prospectus of May 2019, with the latest supplements dated July 2026.

The securities have been admitted to trading on major stock exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris, and others. This admission allows investors greater access to the gold market. The securities have a scheduled maturity date set for 23 May 2118. The initial metal entitlement at the time of issue was 0.04 fine troy ounces, decreasing slightly for subsequent trades.

The issuance is supported by significant authorized offerors, including HSBC Bank and BNP Paribas. The securities feature a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum and a nominal amount of USD 5.085.
