Amundi Physical Metals plc: Final Issuance Terms for Gold ETCs
On October 1, 2024, Amundi Physical Metals plc finalized the terms for the issuance of 70,000 Exchange-Traded Commodity (ETC) Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche is the 603rd of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The securities aim to provide exposure to the gold market, leveraging a program established by Amundi Physical Metals.
The metal entitlement per security has been set, with an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting slightly at the subscription trade date to 0.03970262. These securities have a scheduled maturity date set for May 23, 2118.
Applications have been made for these securities to be listed and traded across several major exchanges including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, among others. The estimation of total net proceeds from this issue is USD 7,413,609, while related expenses for admission to trading are forecasted at €3,000.
